Gefen Introduces New GefenTV Audio Speaker Sets for Conference Room Applications
CHATSWORTH, CA – Connectivity solutions provider Gefen is bringing its digital video expertise to the audio market with new sets of two and three speakers that are wall mountable and designed to deliver superior sound quality in small to medium sized rooms.
The new speakers sets were devised to interface with the GefenTV Home Theater Audio Processor, and will work with any audio amplifier. The two different speakers sets can be purchased separately or can work together less the sub to deliver high quality, high fidelity surround sound with a good dynamic bass range.
“Bigger isn’t always better,” said Hagai Gefen, president and CEO of Gefen Inc. “With these new speakers, a relatively small form factor translates into high fidelity sound using just a fraction of the space that other larger speaker cabinets take.”
The focus of sound is on clarity rather than booming bass response or high volume output, making them best suited for discerning listeners.
Finished in a white matte surface, all five speakers come equipped with binding post speaker terminals to fit most any amplification system. Each is comprised of MDF cabinetry with curved sidewall and internal dampening materials to create a more linear frequency response. Each speaker is wall mountable, giving the user a variety of installation options.
Though designed for conference room applications, these speaker sets can be employed in any small to mid-sized room, including home theaters, with excellent results.
