John Novak Joins Gefen as Director, Digital Signage Business Development

CHATSWORTH, CA – Connectivity solutions provider Gefen today announced that John Novak has joined the company as Director of Digital Signage Business Development. In this role, Novak’s primary goal will be to enhance sales in this growing industry by engaging with customers and solidifying relationships with Gefen’s key distributors and worldwide resellers.

Novak’s strong business experience and proven capabilities in revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management and trend analysis compliments his new responsibilities overseeing the digital signage division within Gefen. He will develop business for Gefen’s digital signage and complementary products to capture market share and drive business expansion. Novak will also be involved in next generation product planning, sales training and in the identification and pursuit of sales opportunities in the marketplace. He will report to Hagai Gefen, president and CEO of Gefen.

Novak brings well honed business development expertise to Gefen, previously working for companies such as AMX, NEC Display Solutions and Panasonic. Novak also served as the Los Angeles Raider’s Business Manger for nearly ten years prior to their move to the Oakland area.
