With the Most Comprehensive Line of Innovative and Affordable Motorized and Manual Mounts Available from One Brand, WallWizard’s Tagline is “More Mount for Your Money?

Modern, Sleek, Compact Designs that are Easy for Dealers to Sell, Install and Support

City of Industry, CA – May 25, 2010 – CLO Systems, LLC — a respected original equipment manufacturer of flat panel TV mounts for many vendors — today announced the official launch of its WallWizard brand. Beginning June and through August, WallWizard will rollout its line of 8 motorized and 6 manual mounts. Suggested selling prices of the brand’s core motorized mounts range from $129 to $199 with core manual mounts ranging from $59 to $229. The company is targeting the big box, specialty AV and custom home theater installation channels.

?We are confident that dealers and consumers will quickly take notice of WallWizard’s value proposition: a comprehensive lineup of technology-rich, attractively priced and easy-to-use mounts. Compact and sleek in design, WallWizard has innovative mounting solutions for virtually every conceivable installation application including over-the-fireplace, vaulted ceilings, furniture units, tabletops, multi-room, indoor-outdoor and traditional wall mounting,? says WallWizard Vice President of Sales and Marketing Craig Matthews (former Chief Manufacturing Sales Manager).

Parent company, Southern California-based CLO Systems, has been in operation for more than 5 years selling products as an original equipment manufacturer for many vendors in both the US and internationally. In such, the company is well versed in the arenas of research and design, manufacturing, supply chain management, sales, marketing and customer support.

“WallWizard’s goal is to be recognized as a proven, trusted brand of innovative and cost effective flat panel display mounting solutions that enhance consumers’ lifestyles,? adds Matthews. “With established design, engineering and manufacturing infrastructure, we have the mechanisms in place to support every aspect of growing and maintaining the business. We understand the diverse needs of the channel and are committed to comprehensive dealer support including advertising and volume purchasing programs.?

“Innovative technology will be the cornerstone of our success,? says Matthews. CLO Systems has more than 90 patent applications pending with many actual issued patents directed to key technologies in the WallWizard line. Key examples of WallWizard’s technological and price breakthroughs are:

· The XM series of articulating manual mounts incorporate a unique cam mechanism that enables the TV to effortlessly swing out (like a door) using merely one hand to direct it. Eliminated is the standard 2-step process of pulling the TV out and turning which requires both hands. Provided is a full 90-degree left or right swivel range and 15-degrees of tilt. Suggested selling prices range from $99 to $229 depending on model. (For 26- to 60-inch TVs.)

· The unique and affordable ZA52 Motorized Swivel Table Stand is ideal for installations where wall mounting is not desired. The 60-degree left or right viewing angle can be fine-tuned at the touch of its remote control button. The swivel motion is also ideal for eliminating unwanted glare or reflections. The ZA52 fits most 32- to 52-inch TVs; weight capacity is up to 100 lbs. Suggested selling price is $199.

· The SA42 Motorized Swing Mount is a uniquely affordable automated solution. Its low profile base and sleek design complement today’s ultra-thin TVs. An incorporated IR receiver learns the control commands from any TV remote enabling fine-tuned angle adjustment at the touch of a button. SA42 swivels to 90-degrees left or right. Incorporated presets remember favorite TV positions; when the TV is turned off, the mount automatically returns to home position. Suggested selling price is $199.

Product Quality Reassurance: WallWizard mounts comply with UL, CE, CUL and TUV certifications and are backed by WallWizard’s $10,000 component assurance guarantee. All WallWizard products include universal mounting brackets, installation hardware, user manuals and customer support.

All WallWizard motorized mounts are vigorously tested to achieve a minimum of 25,000 full cycles and are backed by a one-year parts and labor warranty. All WallWizard manual mounts are vigorously tested to achieve a minimum of 10,000 full cycles and are backed by a lifetime warranty.
