Neutrik’s story of success began in summer 1975 in a little workshop in Schaan, Liechtenstein. Today more than 750 highly qualified employees, from over 30 nations, work for Neutrik worldwide.

The angled 19″ panel for racks in demanding environments protects the installed recep-tacles well against the ingress of dirt and water. The panel is 30° forward-turned and of-fers 12 D-shape cut-outs with M3 threaded fastening holes. more

Leading sound company Clair is providing live sound reinforcement for Carrie Underwood’s current North American tour, with a Studer Vista 5 SR digital console handling front-of-house duties. A previous winner of American Idol, Underwood is one of country music’s biggest stars and recently earned Entertainer of the Year honors from the Academy of Country Music for the second year in a row–the only woman to ever accomplish that feat. more

Thin Ice

Olympic and world-champion skaters might have been on “Thin Ice” in a two-part reality show produced by O’Neil Entertainment, but lighting designer Scott Wolfeil of LDG (Lighting Design Group) was on solid ground when he sourced the competition’s lighting complement from Scharff Weisberg Inc.

“Thin Ice” aired live on March 19 and 21 on ABC from the Premier Ballroom of the MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Olympic gold medalists Dick Button, Kristi Yamaguchi and Katarina Witt served as judges for the anything-goes competition, which paired skaters in five teams. more

Adjacent to the S-0808 well is a panel for up to 12 common audio/video/production connectors, and a generous raceway for AC power. The orientation of the interior frame as well as the Lid Bezel assembly can be reversed to allow the AC power and/or storage well to be on the other side of the S-0808. more
