Xantech SmartPanel™ LCD touchpanels all offer complete Room Control via RS422/232, IR, GPIO trigger and now IP for full control connectivity. With SmartPanel touchpanels, users can control audio, video, automation, teleconferencing and other components from one high-resolution, durable, professional-grade TFT display – all of the control processing is right in the panel itself, creating a very efficient room control panel with simplified installation and programming. The Xantech SmartPanel series is perfect for classrooms, conference rooms, digital signage, house-of-worship and hotel/hospitality applications.

The new units range in screen size from 3.5 inches to 10.1 inches. New model numbers include CSP35GIP (3.5″), CSP43VIP (4.3″), CSP70VIP (7.0″), and CSP100VIP (10.1â€?). All boast high-resolution, durable, professional-grade TFT displays. The 4.3, 7.0, and 10.1 inch models feature widescreen displays.

SmartPanel touchpanels generate RS232, IR and IP commands for full integration into any system. For commercial installations, pre-install backbox kits are available and sold separately for 4.3, 7.0, and 10.1 inch models. The 3.5 inch CSP35GIP fits in standard North American two-gang electrical junction boxes and open-back low-voltage frames. For retrofit applications, all 4 models can also be installed in hollow walls without a backbox. Additionally, these touchpanels may be used separately as a controller for an entire commercial system, or combined with the MX88 amplifier/controller to unleash that component’s full flexibility and features in a multi-room environment. The units also feature SD card slots for directly importing presentation media.
