Dataton brings WATCHOUT to PALME Vietnam
Dataton, makers of the Dataton WATCHOUTâ„¢ multi-display presentation and production system, will reinforce their presence in the Asia-Pacific region by exhibiting at the upcoming PALME exhibition in Vietnam.
The company will be showing the latest version of WATCHOUT, using a multi-projector setup and wide screen to demonstrate how the system can combine images with standard computer and network technology to create presentations of practically any size.
Fredrik Svahnberg, Marketing Director at Dataton, explains: “Having supplied WATCHOUT systems to run on literally hundreds of computers at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, we are experiencing our most successful year ever in Asia. The fact that the PALME exhibition is taking place in Vietnam for the first time gives us the chance to put our product’s capabilities in front of an even wider audience, and we are looking forward to showing dealers, rental partners, and end users in this region how WATCHOUT can bring a spectacular new dimension to their AV projects.
Benefiting from over a decade of continuous development, WATCHOUT uses a familiar, timeline-based user interface to build each audiovisual ‘show’, then distributes the relevant media files to the display computers to run the show. Because WATCHOUT preserves the full resolution of all projectors, flat panels, video cubes and LED screens, the highest image quality is maintained, regardless of the size of the total display area. Displays can also be arranged at any angle, shape or form, while overlapping projected images are edge-blended automatically.
Dataton will be exhibiting on Stand E36 at the PALME exhibition, which runs from 22-24 July in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
