New Serial over Cat5 Extender Accesses Remote RS-232 Devices Up to 1,000 Meters in Distance
Chicago, IL (August 23, 2010)–Tripp Lite has introduced a new Serial over Cat5 Extender Kit (model B165-101) that provides remote access to any RS-232 protocol device. The B165-101 is a cost-effective solution for PC-to-PC file transfer, touch screen displays and other applications that utilize serial communications. It is compatible with all RS-232 protocols.
