Gina Rider, Key Account & Customer Service Manager

LAKEWOOD, NJ – SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2010 – Neutrik® USA has promoted Gina Rider to Key Account Manager and Customer Service Manager. The new role will become effective during the transition as Neutrik moves to a new location in Charlotte, North Carolina at the beginning of 2011.

This strategic change comes as Neutrik continues to focus on developing innovative solutions in the connector and systems marketplaces. Neutrik’s development of products such as opticalCON and Xirium have significantly expanded its product offerings which continues to broaden its market reach by providing solutions for numerous professional markets.

As Key Account Manager, Gina Rider will be responsible for managing Neutrik’s large accounts to further Neutrik’s relationships with these companies. She will have a more outward facing role with greater involvement in the field and more emphasis on external face-to-face communications. Customers can expect the same level of expert care they have received during two decades of Gina’s experience with Neutrik.

Gina will maintain her role as Customer Service Manager and Supply Chain Manager. These roles give her a well versed understanding of Neutrik’s inner workings, enabling her to provide many solutions to customers and the Neutrik team.
