Intelix 11×2 switcher/scaler/converter offered from Liberty AV

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, October 4, 2010—Ask how to best integrate multiple analog and digital devices into a single, all-encompassing high-definition environment, and Liberty AV Solutions has the answer: The Intelix DIGI-SCAL-11×2 HD switcher, scaler, and format converter.

As a master distributor of Intelix products, Liberty AV offers the 11×2 device as part of its ongoing commitment to making the transition from analog to digital that much easier. Packing the power of three different processors into a single RU chassis, the switcher/scaler/format converter provides switching between 11 different AV components, scales these sources up to 720p or 1080p, and converts signals to HDMI to bring seamless integration into any HD environment.

Outfitted with composite video, S-Video, component video, VGA, and stereo audio inputs, as well as DVI, HDMI, and optical audio inputs, the DIGI-SCAL-11×2 offers a generous template of control ranging from that found on the front panel to other choices of either IR, RS232, or a wireless remote that ships with each unit as standard equipment.

Built-in audio conversion found onboard is based around high quality analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters. All analog audio inputs are interlaced with video inputs prior to being distributed out of HDMI outputs. With the use of optional circuitry, digital audio on the HDMI inputs can be converted to stereo and sent through analog audio outputs.

Conversely, built-in video processing residing within the unit allows users to dynamically adjust picture contrast, brightness, saturation, sharpness, hue, noise rejection, and size.

Built to quickly accommodate shelf-top or rackmounting via bottom panel rubber feet or 19-inch rack ears included at no extra cost, the Intelix DIGI-SCAL-11×2 HD switcher, scaler, and format converter is in stock, now shipping, and available from all authorized Liberty AV dealers.
