TAMPA, Fla. Nov. 3, 2010 – AVI-SPL, a leading provider of audio video communications solutions, is pleased to announce John Casarez, Peter May, and Allen Brooks have joined the company.

John Casarez recently joined AVI-SPL’s Long Island office as a sales engineer where he’ll focus on designing and selling audio visual systems for the corporate market. Casarez brings more than 30 years of AV industry experience to this role, most recently working for KVL Audio Visual Services as Sales & Design Integration Manager. Additionally, he has his CTS-D certification from InfoComm.

As a new sales engineer for AVI-SPL’s Boston office, Peter May will focus his sales efforts on the corporate and education markets. May brings four years of audiovisual and video conference system sales to AVI-SPL.

AVI-SPL also welcomes new Sales Engineer Allen Brooks to its Huntsville, Ala., office. In this role, Brooks provides audio, video and conferencing solutions to corporate, education and government clients within Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Brooks has spent the last six years at Quantum Technologies Inc. as project manager where he has grown his design-build knowledge of custom audio, video and system integration projects.
