AVI-SPL, a leading provider of audio video communications solutions, is pleased to announce Mark Hothem, Chris Wilson and Sam Nord have joined the company.

AVI-SPL recently welcomed new Sales Engineer Mark Hothem to the Detroit office where he’ll be responsible for designing and engineering AV systems integration solutions. Prior to joining the company, Hothem worked for Technology Services Corp. as an AV Systems Designer and also spent time working for Sony for several years.

Additionally, Chris Wilson joined AVI-SPL’s Chicago office as a Unified Communications Specialist. In this role, Wilson will support sales of video conferencing solutions, Telepresence, and managed service opportunities. Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry and 10 years working in video conferencing.

The Los Angeles office also recently added new Account Manager Sam Nord to its team. Nord will focus on generating sales for systems integration and videoconferencing in the Southern California region. Nord brings more than 15 years of AV industry experience to this role. Before joining AVI-SPL, Nord was positioned at clearVision Networks, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and Operations.
