JVC SHOWCASES DLA-VS2100U VISUALIZATION SERIES
WAYNE, NJ – JVC Professional Products Company will introduce the DLA-VS2100U D-ILA projector to the U.S. market at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), which runs Nov. 29 through Dec. 2, 2010, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. (Booth 1600). The newest addition to JVC’s Visualization Series, the rugged DLA-VS2100U was specifically developed for simulation environments and other visualization applications.
With a new optical engine that uses three D-ILA imaging devices, the DLA-VS2100U delivers 1,920 x 1,080 native resolution and 20,000:1 native contrast ratio, which is double the contrast of JVC’s current model, the DLA-VS2000U. The new projector also features a new 220W UHP short arc lamp that delivers a minimum of 850 ANSI lumens for simulation applications, an increase in brightness that will provide greater brightness headroom in larger or low-efficiency systems as well as more
