Chris Santos Promoted to National Sales Support Manager
Hampton, New Jersey- Kramer Electronics is pleased to announce that effective immediately Chris Santos has been promoted to National Sales Support Manager for Kramer Electronics USA (KUS). This is the fourth major organizational promotion necessitated by the substantial growth Kramer has enjoyed this year.
In this newly created position, Chris will support the sales of Sierra Video brand products sold through KUS channels. Along with the support of the Sierra factory, Chris will ensure all KUS sales personnel are properly trained and supported to enable them to identify and close business opportunities.
Chris’ additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, sales prospecting, sales lead follow-up, writing custom proposals, configuring systems, attending trade and dealer shows, forecasting sales, assisting with on-site project management, and providing the factory with product development feedback from the numerous KUS markets.
Chris will be located at the Grass Valley factory where close ties to the Sierra Video direct sales team will greatly assist in the coordination and facilitation of Sierra projects and technical sales assistance.
Effective January 1, 2011, Kramer’s Southwest Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Paul Bogan will take over the additional responsibilities for Chris’ Northwest sales region thereby creating one united Western Sales Region.
