Miramar, FL—December 3, 2010—SIM2 is pleased to announce its participation in the 2011 CES Show, with partners DNP and Procella Audio, in the Las Vegas Hilton Suite 2110. The centerpiece of their suite demonstration will be SIM2’s Grand Cinema™ C3X LUMIS 3D dual-projection system, winner of a 2011 Innovations Design and Engineering Award.
The Grand Cinemaâ„¢ C3X LUMIS 3D dual-projection system is designed to recreate 3D images in the home, with the same depth and vivid intensity as those experienced in the cinema. With the power of two award-winning C3X LUMIS three-chip, Full HD DLP projectors, delivering up to 6,000 lumens to a standard screen – each projector is outfitted with an internal motorized 3D filter – the system is configurable for 2D or 3D images at Full HD resolution (1080p). The customer can transform the system with a simple touch of a button and enjoy the crisp, super-bright images for which the C3X LUMIS is known, in 2D or 3D.
“We are thrilled to bring in new partners for this year’s CES, said Alberto Fabiano, Executive VP of SIM2 USA. “Our award-winning C3X LUMIS 3D will be showcased, with a DNP screen and Procella Audio loudspeakers, in a system that promises to be exceptional in every sense. DNP’s screen technologies and Procella Audio’s sonic performance are the perfect complement to SIM2’s renowned picture quality; we are very excited about the partnership.
Fabiano continued: “At CEDIA 2010 we introduced the concept of ‘bringing projection out of the dark.’ We continue this theme in 2011 with new products, technologies, and solutions designed around this concept. Our aim is to bring SIM2-quality images to a wider variety of customer room scenarios—reference theater, media room, family/games room—regardless of lighting conditions. For 2011, SIM2 is building on the tremendous momentum we created in 2010 with the launch of our PureLED, 3-chip, and 3D products—visit Suite 2110 to find out how you can be part of the SIM2 success story.
