Black Box Corporation and Genesis Networks Enterprises, LLC Create Joint Venture Company

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, December 9, 2010 — Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX – News) today announced the formation of a new joint venture company with Genesis Networks Enterprises, LLC (Genesis). Black Box will hold a minority interest in this new joint venture to be called Genesis Networks Integration Services, LLC. This venture, based on Genesis’ existing Networks Integration Services Division, strengthens and enhances Genesis’ ability to deliver and support voice and data communications solutions to its enterprise customers.
