Intelix Releases HDMI and IR Extender with HDshÄ?k Processing
Middleton, WI- Intelix LLC, U.S. manufacturer of audio/video equipment and software, announced the release of the DIGI-HD-IR2, a professional-grade extender which transmits HDMI and IR up to 300 feet over two twisted pair cables.
Ideal for residential AV, commercial AV and digital signage applications, the DIGI-HD-IR2 transmits 1080p video up to 150 feet, 720p and 1080i video up to 300 feet, and 480i and 480p video up to 300 feet. Built-in ESD protection safeguards connected equipment from power strikes and surges.
The DIGI-HD-IR2 employs Intelix trademarked HDshÄ?k processing, which guarantees HDMI signal integrity through bandwidth limiting, dynamic key processing, and EDID storing.
The unit is HDMI 1.3b and HDCP compliant.
Retail price for the DIGI-HD-IR2 set is $399.95. The set includes a transmitter, receiver, two power supplies, an IR emitter and an IR receiver.
