Sony Style Customers Across Puerto Rico to Have Convenient Access to Entire Panamax/Furman Line

PETALUMA, Calif. — Jan. 13, 2011 — Panamax/Furman today announced that Triality Distributors, Inc., a distributor of Panamax/Furman power management products in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has formed a new partnership with Sony Style stores. Under the agreement, Triality will sell and distribute Panamax/Furman products in four Sony Style stores located in San Juan, Caguas, Ponce, and Mayagüez. The strategic partnership will provide Sony’s customers with convenient access to the entire Panamax/Furman line of power management solutions, while offering excellent market penetration for the company throughout the entire Puerto Rican territory.

Triality Distributors specializes in the wholesale and distribution of an extensive list of high-end consumer electronics, commercial, and industrial products that encompasses all segments of the electronics industry. The company is dedicated to continuous innovation and offering products at the forefront of technology, while providing unmatched customer satisfaction.

“This partnership provides us with an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the excellent brand recognition that Sony possesses to promote Panamax/Furman as the leading designer and manufacturer of power management, filtration, and control products in Puerto Rico. Also, because of the strategic store locations, we will be able to easily reach all four corners of the island,” said Omar Guzmán Benítez, president of Triality Distributors, Inc.

“Having our solutions in Sony Style stores allows us to fully explain and emphasize to consumers the importance of protecting all household electronics, starting from protecting the main breaker to protecting each and every electronic component individually,” Mr. Benítez added. “We don’t believe that any other competing brand is putting forth such an effort in promoting true protection against voltage fluctuations.”

Under the agreement, Sony Style staff will handle delivery and displays of the Panamax/Furman products in the four stores. Triality staff will supervise in-store product installation and provide promotional materials to make a positive impression on consumers. Seminars and trainings will be given at each location regularly to ensure complete knowledge of all Panamax/Furman products by sales representatives, managers, and supervisors.
