ISE 2011, Amsterdam – 1-3 February 2011. ISE will this year provide a forum for Cabletime, developer of the MediaStar range of IPTV distribution solutions, to launch a comprehensive Partner Programme targeting resellers whose customers will benefit from IPTV, digital video and HD quality products.
Cabletime (booth 3D92) already works with an established network of audio visual specialist integrators, but with the growth of digital content delivery across LAN/WAN and 3G networks, the company is keen to extend its programme to a broader channel audience.
âWe know that IPTV is experiencing massive expansion at the moment, and with Europe leading the global market, ISE will provide the perfect backdrop for new and innovative IPTV technologies,â? said Nick Bradford, Managing Director, Cabletime. âOver the next year we foresee a huge demand from customers for high quality commercial IPTV applications, and we want to work with partners who can embrace and meet this demand.â?
At ISE Cabletime will be showing MediaStar Evolution, the powerful IP-based solution for digital media, TV and AV content over networks. Evolution is already in use in a wide variety of installations from banks and financial institutions, hotels and leisure centres through to pharmaceutical and retail organisations, government sites and sports stadia. The company will be demonstrating the newly enhanced MediaStar Evolution Administrator software, and will also be able to see the impact that High Definition and 3DTV bring to digital signage.
The Cabletime Partner Programme combines the innovation of the MediaStar range of products with dedicated training and support, which will extend to helping resellers design and implement solutions for their customers. Sales and technical training are delivered as standard through dedicated workshops and this is extended to telesales and field sales teams where required. The Programme includes engineer-sessions which deliver practical advice on system design and installation, and help on-site with the first customer to ensure they get the best possible service. A dedicated account manager will always be on hand to assist partners, and email support is provided on a 24-hour basis. In addition, resellers will benefit from access to marketing materials, advertising, press relations and exhibitions and will receive leads generated through Cabletimeâs own marketing activities.
Mike Cuckow, Sales Director EMEA & Asia Pacific at Cabletime, said: âNow is the time for resellers to think about the commercial benefits of selling IPTV and digital distribution solutions. The margins are good, there is a growing demand from customers, and with our training and technical support, the learning curve becomes very short and very achievable. This is a hugely lucrative opportunity and we expect to make new reseller contacts at ISE from EMEA and the Asia Pacific region.â?
The MediaStar range, which has a strong, established heritage, includes TV/AV and multimedia delivery products for use over Cat-5/UTP and IP infrastructures, providing solutions for live TV, corporate communications, multicasts, music TV, training and digital signage.
