Brea, Calif., February 21, 2011—OSD Audio, a Southern California-based manufacturer of whole-house audio products, announced the release of the PS10 and PS12 High Powered Premium Home Theater Subwoofers. Available in 10� and 12� models, OSD PS10 and PS12 subwoofers add rich bass to movie soundtracks and enhance low frequency response on two-channel systems.

The OSD PS12 outputs 175 watts@<1% THD (continuous operation at 1/8 rated power) with a frequency response of 5Hz to 180Hz (-3dB ref.0dB). The OSD PS10 outputs 125 watts@<1% THD (continuous operation at 1/8 rated power) with a frequency response of 5Hz to 180Hz (-3dB ref.0dB). Both the OSD PS10 and PS12 come with an 180˚ phase switch, 40Hz-180Hz variable crossover control, signal sensing “power on,� and front firing ports. Bass output is omni-directional so the PS10 and PS12 can be placed anywhere in the listening environment.

“A lot of detail went into the design of both these models,� notes Mirsch. “These features help the PS subs produce natural, detailed low frequency response, and our customers hear the difference immediately.�
