Upon joining Kramer as their National Product Training Manager, Jay was responsible for providing general technology and product specific training to Kramer’s dealer network. This allowed him to gather insight into the challenges facing designers and integrators in today’s A/V systems, while offering excellent solutions available from Kramer Electronics.
