ADVANCED BROADCAST SOLUTIONS SPONSORS ‘ROAD BANDIT’ ONLINE TRAVEL SERIES
SEATAC, WA — In April 2008, Randy Primm left his lucrative freelance video business in Seattle and began a personal adventure exploring the country in a second-hand RV. A year later, he established the Road Bandit Web site (www.roadbandit.com) to share blog entries about life on the road. Now, premier systems integration firm Advanced Broadcast Solutions (ABS) is serving as a technology sponsor for Road Bandit, which began posting an original video series to the site in March.
Advanced Broadcast Solutions is serving as a technology sponsor for www.roadbandit.com, a Web site established by Randy Primm (pictured) that began posting an original video travel series in March of this year.
“It’s an interactive travel show, exploring what the country has to offer, said Primm, who also serves as host and handles most of the production for the series. “We showcase unique people, places, and events. Our purpose is educate, entertain, and inspire our audience.
Primm is working with a full-time producer and part-time editor based in Washington, but is using a high-end laptop equipped with Apple Final Cut Pro provided by ABS to produce much of the series on the road. “Road Bandit is a fun and unique concept, said Mark Siegel, President of ABS. “Randy is sharing positive stories about the people and places that make this country great, and we are happy to go along for the ride and support his new series.
