LIBERTY NAMES NEW PRODUCT MANAGER

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, May 19, 2011—Jamey Calloway has been named as Liberty’s new Product Manager. An industry veteran who has amassed over 25 years of technical and management experience, Calloway will be developing and implementing overall new product strategies for the company on a worldwide basis.

Calloway comes to the post from the Greensboro, North Carolina offices of Tyco Electronics, where he served as that company’s Product Manager from August of 2005 until accepting his current position with Liberty. Prior to this role, he worked his way through the engineering department and served as a product specialist within Tyco’s AMP Netconnect Division, a branch of the company that manufactures optical fiber products, twisted pair products, outlets, faceplates, power distribution components, cable management systems, and much more.

“My role today with Liberty effectively brings all the skills I’ve developed over the course of a very satisfying career together into one place,� Calloway said on his first day on the job. It’s like I’ve come home to where I was always meant to be. My experience within the Network/IT infrastructure industry will definitely be an asset in terms of helping Liberty’s drive to smooth the transition to digital within the AV marketplace.�

A veteran of the United States Air Force, Calloway is a summa cum laude graduate of North Carolina’s High Point University, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. He is additionally a BICSI certified Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
