Tecom Brings HD to Classrooms

TechPod HD Lectern

Introducing the World’s First HD Audio Visual Lecterns, the TechPod HD
New York – 23 May 2011 - A pioneer in the development of high-tech lecterns, Tecom shakes the industry by introducing the world’s first high definition lectern, the TechPod HD, to Universities and Colleges.

Tecom’s newest and most advanced lectern features high definition resolution support, a new Hewlett Packard PC with high-resolution digital outputs, a wide screen interactive display, and a higher resolution document camera offering both capture and record capabilities.

The most sophisticated lectern on the market, the TechPod HD has a newly designed internal structure which includes a 19? rack space, and is built to support any additional equipment that may be required in the room – stable and standard, suited for installations worldwide.

Another new addition to the design is the TechPod’s cabling system functions which now support any type of cable plug, providing presenters with more plug in options and the ultimate convenience.

The TechPod HD is as user friendly as its predecessors, but based on user feedback it now has a new sleek and chic design that provides extra space for the presenter and allows them to feel like they are standing in front of the room rather than behind a lectern.

“We’ve teamed up with our customers and partners worldwide to identify where future classroom technology is headed. Through customer feedback, research and analysis, the TechPod HD represents a new wave in lectern technology and paves the way to a whole new experience in the classroom?, Aviv Brosilovski, Tecom CEO.

Tecom Electronics will be displaying the TechPod HD and it’s latest technology at InfoComm, on June 15-17th in Orlando, Florida. Tecom will be at booth 2532.
