Hitachi CP-X809 3LCD Projectors Pass with Flying Colors at Columbia University School of Social Work
In an effort to provide the most effective and reliable presentation systems for its students and professors, the Columbia University School of Social Work in New York City has outfitted three of its classrooms with Hitachi 3LCD projectors. The classrooms feature CP-X809 projectors—one classroom contains two projectors placed side by side, while the other two classrooms each have one projector. Monolith Systems of New York City sold and installed the Hitachi projectors.
According to Josephine Tatel, AV Manager for the Columbia University School of Social Work, the School required the “lightest and brightest” projectors available.
“The classrooms are large and have high ceilings so the light weight and high brightness of the CP-X809 were a good fit,â€? Ms. Tatel said. “They met ease of installation and maintenance features we were seeking.â€?
Lamp life was also a major point more
