Keith Klentz Named Director, Visualization and Simulation Sales, Christie

Christie, a world leader in visual technology displays, today announced that Keith Klentz has been promoted to the position of Director, Visualization and Simulation Sales, Visual Environments (VE), to drive the company’s continued growth in this area. He will report to Zoran Veselic, Vice President, Visual Environments. In his new role, Klentz will be responsible for VE sales in the U.S. and Canada, and for developing and managing the VE sales team.

Klentz has been in the visualization and simulation industry for more than 25 years in roles that included engineering, sales, project and product management. Prior to joining Christie in 2009, he worked for BARCO for more than 20 years where his responsibilities included visual systems engineering, market development and sales.

“Christie has been leading the way in innovations for some of the most complex simulation environments, including 3D and immersive applications, as well as mission-critical simulations for government and military installations,” said Klentz. “It’s an honor to take on this new role, and I look forward to continuing to work with customers to deliver the world’s best display solutions for their needs.”

Zoran Veselic noted that Keith’s experience in developing sales amongst different industry segments, including major airlines and the military, will help Christie serve customers better, while growing the firm’s market share. “I am confident that our customers will see Keith’s promotion as indicative of Christie’s long-term commitment to advancing visualization and simulation solutions.”

Klentz holds an electrical engineering degree from Wright State University in Drayton, OH. He served with the Ohio Army National Guard from 1985 to 1990. With his strong business, sales and technology background, he has already made numerous contributions to Christie’s Visual Environments unit.
