GLOBALVUE SUPPLIES CLARION HOTEL PHOENIX TECH CENTER WITH NEW LCD TELEVISIONS

PHOENIX, AUGUST, 2 2012 – GlobalVue, a technology innovator delivering exceptional quality and value to the TV marketplace, recently supplied the Clarion Hotel Phoenix Tech Center in Phoenix, Arizona with 190 32-inch HD LCD flat-screen televisions featuring the integrated Pro:Idiom(r) Digital Rights Management System, just in time for baseball season, the hotel’s busiest season of the year.
When Clarion Hotel Phoenix Tech Center General Manager Jim Evanoff received word that it was time to transition the televisions at the Clarion Hotel Phoenix Center to flat screens, he shopped around for the best deal. Pleased with the budget-friendly price and high quality of GlobalVue’s HD LCD flat-screen televisions, he ordered a suite of sets complete with remotes and swivel mounts.
“The industry is moving so fast,” he explains. “We forecast that soon enough, hotel guests will be conducting all communication through their televisions. It was time for us to make the transition to flat-screens with Pro:Idiom technology in order to stay competitive.”
And the timing couldn’t have been better. The Clarion Hotel Phoenix Tech Center receives a lot of traffic during baseball season. Rooms are booked starting in early spring, thanks to the thirteen professional baseball teams that make their spring training homes in Phoenix and the three big college teams that welcome professional scouts each season.
“The hotel books quickly during baseball season and it has been wonderful unveiling the new televisions to our guests,” he says. “We have received such wonderful feedback.”
Evanoff and his staff decided to install the televisions themselves. The 32-inch televisions and swivels were a good fit for the hotel’s current armoires. Evanoff and his team easily mounted each television to the wall and programmed them soon after. The hotel’s old televisions were donated to a local homeless veteran shelter.
“We are thrilled that we were able to supply the Clarion Hotel Phoenix Tech Center with the right size televisions at an affordable price,” says Tim Martin, vice president of sales and marketing at GlobalVue. “The GlobalVue line of hospitality televisions is the ideal solution for managers like Evanoff, who are looking for an easy-to-install, high-quality television at a competitive price point. Delivering top performing in-room entertainment is more important than ever, as hoteliers compete for business and leisure travelers. We are proud to bring this product line as a solution for the changing needs of today’s hospitality market.”

GlobalVue’s Hospitality HD LCD Televisions, available in 32-, 37- and 42-inch class screen sizes, are designed for ease of installation and setup. All three models are equipped with the integrated Pro:Idiom Digital Rights Management System for delivering broad deployment of HDTV programming and other high-value digital content. Other features include MPEG-4, HD-ATSC/clear-QAM cable digital tuners (including legacy NTSC decoding), front panel lock-out and auto volume limiters.

GlobalVue’s televisions are available through a roster of top-tier independent distributors, including Best Buy for Business, Kingston Distribution LLC and Commercial Solutions, Inc.
