ISE and Invidis to Conduct Tours Using Listen Tour Group Systems

Listen Technologies will sponsor the Invidis Digital Signage Tour and the Hosted Buyers Programme at ISE 2014 via an in-kind sponsorship of its portable tour guide solution for the third year in a row.

Bluffdale, Utah, USA—The Invidis Digital Signage Tour and the Hosted Buyers Programme at ISE 2014 will be given using portable tour guide equipment from Listen Technologies for the third year in a row. Listen’s tour group system, which transmits a tour guide’s voice directly to the tour participant’s ear, will be used to create a better personal listening experience.

The free Invidis Digital Signage tours provide overviews of a selection of various exhibitors that help participants understand the components of digital signage, including: content, screens, software, extension, totems, and audience measurement. ISE will host their preferred partners for presentations and guided tours on the show floor to visit Programme sponsor stands for an overview of their products and solutions.
“The ISE floor at RAI can be an incredibly challenging environment to effectively host our preferred partner groups from Germany at the show,” noted Stefanie Hanel, Marketing Executive, Integrated Systems Europe. “Our tours have grown every year and we know that we are able to make a good impression using the Listen audio guide system. We are most appreciative of their continued support for our success.”

Those who attend the tours will be able to hear each presentation through Listen’s tour group system, which includes a LT-700 Portable Transmitter (this includes a microphone that allows the tour guide to speak in a normal voice without having to yell). Each participant will be provided with a LR-400 Portable Digital Display FM Receiver and a LA-164 Ear Speaker. The tour guide system has a transmission range of 45.72 m (150 ft.), so that the tour guide’s voice is not subjected to strain and participants do not have to crowd in order to hear what’s being said.

“In our industry we focus on and prepare for visual content when we showcase technology. We often forget how crucial it can be to make sure that people hear the content we present to them,” stated Cory Schaeffer, Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales Worldwide, who will also be in attendance at ISE 2014. “When you combine great visuals with great audio, you create even more powerful presentations, which is what we hope to provide tour group participants at ISE by providing them with a great personal listening experience.”
