The Christie LW650, one of the brightest WXGA, single-lamp 3LCD projectors on the market, will be introduced at NAB at Christie’s booth, #SL7912. The new projector’s native WXGA (1366 x 800) resolution provides a wide screen format image for full-screen compatibility with the latest laptops and monitors.

Actually, there were probably more than a few grandmothers in the audience when the iconic love-rock musical, which debuted in 1967, returned to Broadway, but Lighting Designer Kevin Adams put MA Lighting‚Äôs grandMA consoles to extensive use at the Al Hirschfeld Theater. A new Heineken Experience opened at the historic Heineken Brewery in Amsterdam at the beginning of December 2008. Designed and produced by BRC Imagination Arts, the re-designed visitor experience makes extensive use of specially produced high definition video programmes. Although New Yorkers were distinctly feeling spring feverish it was time for Mercedes-Benz Fall 2009 Fashion Week recently where G-Star Raw showcased its Fall 2009 collection with lighting and audio support from Scharff Weisberg.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, G-Star hired Dutch company Sightline Productions to handle the technical direction for the show with New York City’s Dizon Inc. acting as the onsite production company. The star-studded runway show was held in the Hammerstein Ballroom where Scharff Weisberg was tasked with getting the rig up and working in just one day without disrupting the venue’s house rig. The lighting complement featured more than 100 moving lights. more
