Money slated for students entering commercial electronics systems industry

Burnsville, MN, January 23, 2008 — In partnership with the NSCA Education Foundation, Bosch Communications Systems will offer two $2,500 scholarships this year in memory of Robert Bosch. In 1886, Robert Bosch founded the “Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering” in Stuttgart. This was the birth of today’s globally active Robert Bosch GmbH. From the very beginning, the company’s history has been characterized by innovative drive and social commitment. The “Last Summer Fantasy” music festival attracted over 10,000 fans to the Aspecta outdoor theatre in Aso Kumamoto, Japan on August 25th.
