Prior to this new appointment, Allen spent over ten years in sales, design and support roles at ICB Audio and Video. BUENA PARK, Calif.─BLUSH is the largest and newest nightclub to open in downtown Winnipeg and a major contributor to the city’s downtown revitalization program. Owned and operated by Sam Colosimo and Jack Salvaggio, who also run Desire nightclub in the downtown historic Exchange District. The new club held its official opening in December 2007, and is fast becoming one of the downtown’s most popular nightclubs. Dealers attended a full-day conference on February 13 and had a day of relaxation in a picturesque environment on the ocean in southern California on the following day. more

BUENA PARK, Calif.–Steve Seable has been named Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. (YCAS) Product Manager for the DSP and Amplifier Group. Seable comes to YCAS from Disney where for many years, he held the position of Head of Audio for the Hyperion Theater at California Adventure in Disneyland. His additional experience includes mixing Broadway musicals, large tours, and television as well as theatre and studio installations. “With much of our focus on DSP products and our new amplifiers, it was imperative that we hire a dedicated product manager to support these efforts,” states Marc Lopez, marketing manager. “Steve‘s background and experience in the installation and live sound markets is a perfect fit with our requirements,” adds Lopez. more
