BUENA PARK, Calif.– Celebrating 40 years since the “Summer of Love,” Adams Entertainment and Lyric Opera San Diego presented the world premiere of “Love In: A Musical Celebration of 1967” in early September at the Birch North Park Theater in San Diego. Created by the producers of “Primal Twang,” which debuted to sold-out audiences at the Birch North Park Theatre in September 2006, “Love In” is a theatrical celebration of the music of 1967 featuring legendary guest artists and a spectacular psychedelic light show. Hired by Dream Theater, independent engineer Randy Lane is mixing front-of-house. He selected Clair Brothers to handle production for the tour in both the U.S. and internationally. BUENA PARK, Calif. — Top Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. dealers recently spent a mid-June day as invited guests of Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. to the company‘s Buena Park, California headquarters to participate in the official launch and training of the new Yamaha DSP5D system and ADK LYVE Tracker. The Yamaha DSP5D is a stand-alone unit that expands the capabilities of the Yamaha PM5D digital console to 96 mono plus 16 stereo input channels. ADK‘s new 4U rack-mounted LYVE Tracker is based around a Steinberg Nuendo 3 or Cubase 4 audio engine and provides the PM5D engineer with a recording solution capable of up to 192 simultaneous tracks.
