US Sports Broadcasters WWE® and MLB Switch To Fairlight CC-1

Fairlight’s Crystal Core technology has received a massive endorsement from two US sports broadcasters, both of whom have moved over to the new CC-1 platform to improve their speed of workflow and networking capabilities.

Major League Baseball Productions are installing two CC-1 powered Fairlight Constellation large-format mixing consoles, both with the new Xynergi Centre Section (XCS) and PyxisTrack HD video. The production company has also invested in a Pyxis HD server to network video to the two consoles. more

Tonzauber Takes Delivery of the First SADiE LRX2 in Austria

The system, which was supplied by SADiE’s Austrian and German distributor ForTune, is being used as part of a mobile recording rig to capture live classical and acoustic performances by national and international artists. more

Fairlight Technology Helps Capital TV Expand In Cyprus

Capital TV engineers Thanasis Kolovos (back) and George VereketisCyprus-based broadcaster Capital TV has invested in a Fairlight Xynergi with a 12-fader sidecar, which has been installed in the broadcaster’s first dedicated audio post production suite.

Capital TV, which is based in Limassol and produces a daily mix of local news, magazine and sports programming, recently decided to expand its business by offering facilities for dubbing and trailer production. more
