The theater was to be installed in the attic space directly over the master bedroom. The homeowner contractually required the noise floor in the master bedroom not increase more than 6dB (NC) with the theater playing at reference volume. more

Our project was part of an interior renovation. We selected a 65in. plasma, ceiling-mounted LCR and surround loudspeakers, and an in-cabinet subwoofer based on the architectural constraints of the room. We have had excellent results with this loudspeaker setup in previous installations as dialogue is perceived to be coming from the screen with the benefit of eliminating any clutter on the display wall. more

The client wanted to provide a very comfortable user friendly high-impact home theater experience for his family. The theater was the feature room of a recently renovated basement area which included a snooker room and bar area. A special feature for the client was the ability to integrate his 40-year-old Grundig reel-to-reel recorder that he had purchased in Sweden and carried back home as hand luggage. Winding up those tapes again and playing them to his grandchildren gives him tremendous pleasure. more
