Joint collaboration establishes standards for Data Management and Categorization for manufacturers, distributors and integrators – future integration of respective software solutions to streamline workflow for AV integrators

IC Realtime to Wow Crowds at CEDIA Expo 2014 with Industry’s First 720-Degree Video Surveillance Camera Technology. And its Integrated into Ferrari Race Car

Pompano Beach, FL – September 9, 2014 – At CEDIA Expo 2014 this week, IC Realtime, a global innovator of Internet of Things enabled video technology solutions, will be demonstrating its IC720 remote-viewing platform which captures 720-degrees (with no blind spots and without requiring any moving parts). Ideal for the most elite residential, commercial, governmental and municipal surveillance applications, the technology has been tested in 2013 Grand-AM Rolex GT championship-winning team Scuderia Corsa’s Ferrari 458 Italia race car where it streams HD video from racetrack to Ferrari guest’s devices. “Pulling from experience in having brought to market our single-lens Immersive-360 camera line, our R&D division has pioneered a remote-viewing platform comprised of proprietary software — leveraging gyroscopic movement technology — and a dual-lens 720-degree camera system. Many different megapixel versions of the IC720 dual-lens camera will be available beginning this year

The 720-degree technology will make its way to market this year in a brand-new series of two-lens mega-pixel cameras from IC Realtime called IC720. Different versions of the camera with interchangeable sensors and lenses to achieve a wide variety of video surveillance needs (including a 28-megapixel version) are currently in the works. According to Onuchin, the technology incorporates 15 unique aspects that the company has applied/received patent protection on.

“We originally spec’d the technology for automobile racing as it’s one of the most extreme testing grounds we can get our hands on,” says IC Realtime CEO Matt Sailor. “Its first application is in Scuderia Corsa’s Ferrari 458 Italia No. 63 – a car that is currently competing on the US circuit, and won the championship last year.”

Later, he went on to be the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Sonance’s iPort line and Director of National Accounts for all the company’s retail brands. He held a similar role at Hitachi, where he served as Vice President of Consumer Sales, leading a $300M regional sales team.
