OverTone Over the Top with Yamaha LS9 Digital Audio Console

BUENA PARK, Calif.—OverTone is a group of seven young a’cappella performers hailing from South Africa. Their recent success includes nine songs performed for the Oscar-nominated film Invictus, directed by Clint Eastwood, who with his wife discovered the band on a trip to South Africa. They have performed as guest artists for the GRAMMY®-winning One Republic and have toured with Platinum selling artist Corrine Bailey Rae, to name a few.

OverTone just finished up a two-month stint at The Wynn Las Vegas. James ‘Jimbo’ Oneal, independent front of house engineer was hired by Rhino Sound in Las Vegas to man a Yamaha LS9-16, owned by The Wynn and purchased specifically for the OverTone shows.
