The NIO-4×4 card features four microphone and line-level inputs and four line-level outputs, and is compatible with all NION processing nodes, including NION n6, NION n3 and NION nX. The NIO-4×4 card installs into a rear slot on all NION nodes via DIN connector and expands the I/O options of the MediaMatrix NION DSP platform. With the nControl, users can monitor the operation and health of all devices on a network via SNMP. Devices with serial ports connect to the nControl either directly or to a supported network serial server for control and management. more

Jeff Peterson of Green Audio was contracted by ATK AudioTek (Valencia, California) to handle the design and act as project manager for Conan’s “Tonight Show? sound system, and as part of the massive undertaking, chose two Yamaha PM1D digital audio consoles and an M7CL for the theater. more
