Revolabs Unveils New Single and Dual Channel HD™

Revolabs, www.revolabs.com, the leading provider of wireless audio products for enhancing collaboration, today announced at InfoComm09 Booth #6321, the Single and Dual Channel versions of its state of the art HD-series of wireless microphones.

The most significant feature of the Executive HD line which has been carried over into the Dual and Single Channel versions is the high definition audio, 50 Hz to 20kHz, which allows the systems to pick up the entire human voice spectrum. The Revolabs HD™ Single and Dual Wireless Microphone Systems utilize the same Revolabs Designed for Speech (DFS20™) technology, but in a much smaller form factor than the Executive HD Systems. The system also provides some audio processing EQ and mixing capability, eliminating the need for external DSP audio processing equipment in many cases. The new Single and Dual HD Systems use the same Revolabs HD Microphones which include Revolabs RF Armor™ technology as a standard feature and as a result, are impervious to GSM noise from cell phones, PDAs, etc. All of these features make the Single and Dual Channel HD Wireless Microphone Solutions ideal for video- conferencing, amplified voice and recording applications. more

MEDIAMATRIX® RELEASES NIO-4×4 I/O CARD FOR NION®

MediaMatrix NIO-4×4 CardMediaMatrix by Peavey (InfoComm 2009 exhibit #5649) proudly releases the new NIO-4×4 eight-channel input/output card for the NION® digital audio signal processing platform.

The NIO-4×4 card features four microphone and line-level inputs and four line-level outputs, and is compatible with all NION processing nodes, including NION n6, NION n3 and NION nX. The NIO-4×4 card installs into a rear slot on all NION nodes via DIN connector and expands the I/O options of the MediaMatrix NION DSP platform. NION is built on an embedded Linux operating system architecture designed for stable, efficient and robust performance. more

The NIO-AEC card is compatible with all NION processing nodes, including NION n6, NION n3 and NION nX, and is supported by MediaMatrix NWare software. The NIO-AEC card can also be used in projects along with the CAB™ 4n and CAB™ 8i CobraNet bridges or other CobraNet sources. The nTouch 180 and nTouch 60 feature full-color, resistive touch-screen panels that measure approximately 7? (180 mm) and 2.4? (60 mm) diagonally, respectively. The nTouch panels display and control projects hosted on a MediaMatrix NION or nControl™ processor. more

Music and Effects provides editing, Foley and ADR recording and mixing to a host of prestigious film and television clients including Arena Films, Melodrama Pictures, Retro Active Films, Buon Giorno Productions, Molloy Boy Productions, Whytehouse Productions, Noise and Light Productions and Screentime. Recently the facility had worked on a number of feature film projects including Balibo, Van Diemen’s Land, Mary and Max and Love The Beast.
