Working from their new company platform, Clark Solutions, these cables are made to withstand harsh abuse giving the engineer one less thing to worry about. Clark’s Product Manager explains, “We have run this cable through the ringer with tests to insure that our customers were getting more than what they pay for. Elongation tests, stress tests, they all proved better than standard PVC materials typically used on cheaper counterparts. We don’t use inferior material made with conductive insulators or anything like that, we use only the highest grade copper, jacketing material and insulation.? more

To mark his achievements across five decades, Universal Motown has recently released Live at Last, Stevie Wonder’s first-ever live concert to be released on DVD and Blu-Ray. The concert, which was recorded last autumn at the O2 (Arena) in London, was captured for posterity by Tim Summerhayes onboard the Red-TX mobile. The audio was then mixed by David Woolley at his Thornquest post-production facility in West Sussex. more

Sony PCS-XG80 1080i high-definition videoconferencing systemPARK RIDGE, N.J., March 12, 2009 – Sony Electronics’ industry-first 1080i high-definition videoconferencing technology, the PCS-XG80 system, will feature enhanced functions and capabilities with the release of version 2.03, planned for availability later this month.
