Vitec Group’s RF Extreme Lands $2.5 Million Dollar Project With City Of Houston Police Department’s Air Wing

HOUSTON, TX – Nucomm and RF Central, part of The Vitec Group’s RF Extreme business unit, is shipping $2.5 million worth of equipment to the City of Houston as part of a Homeland Security grant. After surveying the area and establishing a design strategy to accommodate the City’s helicopter fleet, microwave downlink and receive products are being delivered in an effort to transition its law enforcement department from analog to digital.
