litetouch [1]Scheduled to be available Sept. 23, LiteTouch [2]‘s new iPhone app allows homeowners to use their iPhone to control their lighting, HVAC, security, window blinds, AV and other home systems that are integrated into their LiteTouch FIVEk [3] lighting control and automation system.

The app will allow homeowners to activate any button of any LiteTouch keypad in their home. It will also allow them to assign and quickly access “My Favorite� functions; get the status of any lighting load; remotely adjust light levels; and activate other integrated automation systems.

The LiteTouch app also includes a feature designed to help homeowners reduce energy consumption by choosing to dim lights throughout the home, or by activating other energy reduction preset programming.

The LiteTouch app is also compatible with iPod Touch and iPad. Broad Web Access, plus Blackberry and Droid apps are expected to follow.
